Unfortunately, it may happen that you are not entirely satisfied with our services at the time of purchase, in which case the returns policy applies.

- We do NOT accept returns on products sold - online or at point of sale.
- We do NOT accept returns on merchandise, as we believe that customers should receive the highest quality products.
- No refunds are given for purchases made, whether online or in a retail store.

- We do NOT engage in and discourage the resale of used products, as we cannot guarantee our customers products of the best possible quality.
For international orders:
- We do not accept exchanges or returns.
- If you cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched, a refund may be made, in which case you will be charged a flat-rate administration fee of 1000 USD.
- Orders already shipped cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
- In the event of a problem, please contact our support team immediately.
